> Columbarium Wreath Plaques
Phoenix offer three styles of Columbarium Wreaths in both single casting and companion format. Single cast plaques are available when all inscription can be cast directly to the backing plate. Companion plaques are used when scrolls or date tabs are required for pre purchase or dual plaques.
These plaques can be supplied with additional motifs and colours if required.

Wreath Pictured is a Single Cast wreath.
This style is available for single or companion wreaths
when all inscription is available at time of initial order.
Size: 10.3" x 7.25" approx.
> Wreath B
Wreath Pictured is a Companion Wreath with Date Tabs.
This style is available for single or companion
wreaths with either 2 or 4 date tabs added when required.
Size: 10.3" x 7.25" approx.
> Wreath C
Wreath Pictured is a Companion Wreath with Scroll Detachables.
This style can be supplied blank
for pre need or with one or two scrolls as required.
Size: 9" x 7.3" approx.
Each Wreath design is available in all the above options (i.e. single cast, date tabs or scrolls).
