Bas Relief Emblems

The appearance of a plaque can be enhanced by the use of emblems. They can also help to express beliefs, ideas and feelings in a way that may not be possible in words. There are two types of emblems: Flat and Bas Relief

> Flat Emblem

These emblems are created in our design software. The surface is linished to the same height and appearance of the inscription letters.

> Bas Relief Emblem

These are created by our sculptor in a three dimensional shape. The irregular surface is highlighted in bronze on the plaque providing a emblem with depth and perspective.

Bas Relief Emblems can be positioned anywhere on the plaque. There are seven sizes available.

The size of the emblem is specified in inches by the largest of the vertical or horizontal dimensions.

Phoenix Foundry has a database containing in excess of 3000 emblems. Others can be designed from scratch or from client supplied artwork.
